I wanted the public surface to get narrower. The older version of this repo could express a few different content shapes, but the shape I actually want to use is simpler: save links, quotes, and videos as real posts, keep durable local permalinks, and make the publishing system small enough to stay honest, while letting a few live projects show up in the same stream.

What still matters is the same: stable URLs, calm date-based browsing, and a front page that feels like a dependable stream rather than a publishing maze. The system is just smaller now, with links, quotes, videos, and a small set of current projects as the honest public formats.
